✨ About Welcome Expo


For over 25 years, the UCF Welcome Expo has highlighted a wide range of UCF programs, campus resources, and local businesses.

Hosted by the Knights Major Exploration and Transition Center (KMETC), the event is held during the first week of fall classes, and regularly attracts over 3,500 attendees. This popular event offers both new and returning students a valuable opportunity to engage with UCF’s growing student community all in one central location.

The 2026 Welcome Expo vendor packages provide flexible options for organizations of all sizes, from our Standard and Premium offerings to an exciting new opportunity: elevated Sponsorship Packages that deliver expanded visibility, premium placement, and exclusive promotional features. Standard Package

Early Bird Rate: $450.00

Registered and paid on or before Friday, June 12, 2026

Regular Rate: $550.00

Registered and paid on or before Friday, August 7, 2026

Premium Package

Registration & Payment: What You Need to Know

  • Priority will be given on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Registration is NOT approved until confirmed by the Knights Major Exploration and Transition Center from welcomeexpo@ucf.edu.
  • Registration confirmation email will include steps for submitting the registration fee.
  • Payments must be submitted online, as paper checks will not be accepted.
  • Registration fees are due no later than two-weeks after registration has been confirmed.
  • Missed deadlines will result in cancellation of interest.

Bring your brand to life at the Welcome Expo through giveaways and food offerings. Draw students in and highlight what your organization brings to the area. Below, participating vendors can view guidance on swag and samples, in accordance with UCF requirements, to spark engagement, boost visibility, and create meaningful connections with students.

  • Giveaways are encouraged to boost visibility, build buzz, and welcome students to the Orlando area.
    • Previous year swag provided by vendors include: stationary products, sunglasses, reusable bags, coupons, and much more.
    • Previous year vendors have raffled gift baskets, gifts cards and services.
  • Food vendors are permitted to bring sample-size food items with prior approval. To learn more, email welcomeexpo@ucf.edu for required food documentation.
  • Pre-packaged food, usually found in dry goods sections of grocery store, are permitted. This includes granola bars, candy and chips.

IMPORTANT: 

  • Monetary transactions for the sale of goods and services is NOT permitted. No exchange of any form of payment between Welcome Expo participants and vendors is permitted at the event.
  • Home cooked/baked goods are NOT permitted at the event.
